The GlassCheK x-ray inspection system is a dual beam x-ray system that detects foreign bodies like glass shards in glass jars and can simultaneously ensure product integrity for a wide range of glass containers. The variations in thickness and shape inherent in glass jars prove to be no problem for the GlassCheK x-ray system. Low cost of ownership The GlassCheK x-ray system has a low cost of ownership as this low energy x-ray system does not require external water cooling and it easily straddles existing conveyors with minimum disruption. Increased productivity and minimum false rejects Due to adaptive technology and the capability to accommodate non-uniform jars, the GlassCheK x-ray system offers high throughputs (up to 1,000 jars per minute) with variable scan speeds and full traceability.
