The VTC201 is designed to weigh 250 fully-loaded road-going vehicles per day for decades, based on an axle pair of 28t or 13t for single axles. The deck of the VTC201 includes an excellent driving surface allowing trucks to safely stop. Snow plows won’t damage the scale. Load cells can be accessed from above for quick maintenance or cleaning. If damaged, a load cell can be replaced in minutes, not hours. Pre-stressed and re-enforced concrete for long life – every kilogram of concrete and steel are efficiently used. The VTC201 is based on the same construction technique as the structural members of many modern bridges and buildings.
