These Terms and Conditions are a translation of the original German Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment of Mettler-Toledo Garvens GmbH. Those original German Terms and Conditions shall govern all contracts between the Company and the customer and in the event of any conflict or any ambiguity between this translation and the original German Terms and Conditions the original German Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
